"We were with State Farm for more than 30 years in California and when we moved to Idaho 20 months ago reached out to Ken Wells to see if we could continue bundling our home and vehicles up here. No problem! Ken, April and Nathaniel made the transition painless and actually easy. We have had to change and upgrade our policies as we have made improvements to our new property and bought new vehicles. "This is an problem that has just came from this office that needs a review. The Customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. This office can't handle state to state transfers of auto policy. It's crazy to think about...yea but they can't do it for some reason. Also I had a so called REP interrupt me constantly about the problem and when I got frustrated she started YELLING at me about FEMINISM..... can you believe that? I cant. Basically avoid the insurance that is sold out of an old house. You get that basement service."
